Through platforms like QuestMobile and Questrade Edge, it delivers low-cost, user-friendly tools for trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and more. Its Questwealth Portfolios provides professionally managed ETF investments tailored to customer goals.

With over $50 billion in assets under management and more than 250,000 new accounts opened annually, Questrade now serves hundreds of thousands of active users across Canada. It’s consistently recognized for empowering Canadians to build wealth with smarter, faster financial solutions. At Questrade, I helped shape QuestMobile’s design to make investing more accessible — enhancing UX, streamlining systems, and driving measurable improvements in user satisfaction.

MY ROLES

As Lead Designer for QuestMobile, I spearheaded the end-to-end design process for new features that enhanced user experience across Questrade’s digital platforms. I provided UX estimates during quarterly PI Planning, improving sprint predictability and cutting backlog tasks. By managing bi-weekly design sprints, I streamlined team deliverables and accelerated design-to-development velocity. My maintenance and enhancement of Questrade’s design system ensured cross-platform consistency and scalability, aligning every pixel with the company’s mission and values.
